In the afternoon of July 1st, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward (Hanoi) organized a Conference to announce decisions on arranging residential groups in the area.
After arrangement, Hoan Kiem ward is from 72 residential groups to 28 residential groups, including: Trang Tien, Ly Thai To 1, Ly Thai To 2, Hang Bac 1, Hang Bac 2, Hang Buom 1, Hang Buom 2, Hang Buom 3, Hang Buom 4, Dong Xuan 1, Dong Xuan 2, Hang Ma 1, Hang Ma 2, Hang Ma 3, Hang Bo 1, Hang Bo 2, Hang Gai 1, Hang Gai 2, Hang Gai 3, Hang Trong 1, Hang Trong 2, Hang Bong 1, Hang Bong 2, Cua Dong 1, Cua Dong 2, Cua Dong 3, Dien Bien and Hang Dao.
According to Hoan Kiem Ward People's Committee, the arrangement and reorganization of residential groups is a major policy with important significance. This is not only a change in the scale, boundaries or name of residential groups and party organizations in residential groups in the ward, but also an important step in improving the leadership capacity of party organizations and the effectiveness of management and administration at the grassroots level.
The consolidation of the contingent of residential group officials contributes to ensuring the comprehensive leadership of the Party, the unified management of the government, and promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in residential areas.
Cua Nam Ward also organized a conference to announce the resolution of the Ward People's Council on arranging residential groups; deciding to establish residential group party cells; appointing personnel of Party committees, heads of Fatherland Front Work Committees and heads and deputy heads of residential groups in the area.
According to the resolution of the Ward People's Council, after establishment, arrangement, and reorganization, Cua Nam ward has 16 residential groups, including: Le Thanh Tong, Hai Ba Trung, Phan Chu Trinh, Ham Long, Ba Trieu, Ly Thuong Kiet, Hang Bai, Ngo Quyen, Tran Quoc Toan, Quang Trung, Da Tuong, Phan Boi Chau, Quan Su, Tran Hung Dao, Nam Ngu, Yet Kieu residential groups.
Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam ward Nguyen Hoang Truong requested grassroots officials in 16 newly received residential groups to proactively grasp the boundaries, population size, and characteristics of the situation in the area to quickly stabilize the organization and operation of the Party cell and residential group, ensuring smooth area management.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Truong requested the Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to guide new residential groups to operate.
The Ward People's Committee implements regimes and policies for non-specialized personnel in new residential groups and cases of resignation according to Decree No. 185/2026/ND-CP of the Government and Resolution No. 21/2026/NQ-HDND of the Hanoi City People's Council.
