On August 8, news from the Navy said that Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army - inspected and directed the practical training of mobilizing the parade force at sea.

The inspection is to prepare for the parade and parade during the 80th Anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
Recently, despite unfavorable weather and climate conditions, the forces participating in the sea parade have overcome difficulties, organized physical training in formations and regularly learned from experience to thoroughly overcome the shortcomings.
Units and ships have developed and organized through sea travel plans, practice plans and implemented them seriously, closely and meticulously.
The Navy also ensures good equipment, ships, and aircraft operating in complex weather conditions; organizes tight and flexible command; ensures mobile time to occupy the formation.

Directly directing on the field, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia praised the spirit of serious training, and at the same time requested the Navy to continue researching and perfecting the method of organizing the formation to mobilize, ensuring regularity, beauty, and absolute safety.
Forces need to grasp and accurately forecast weather conditions; closely coordinate between ships; comply with command orders; maintain correct distance, speed, and position; thoroughly grasp the will of each officer and soldier to excellently complete the task.
The sea parade is expected to have the participation of the Navy, Vietnam Coast Guard, Border Guard and Military Region 5.
