Hai Phong - Inland Waterway Port Authority Region I announces restrictions on vehicles crossing the Thai Binh River to serve the inspection of inland waterway vehicles.

Inland Waterway Port Authority Area I, traffic restriction scope from Km66+500 to Km68+500 on the national inland waterway route of the Thai Binh River, belonging to Nam Dong ward, Hai Phong. Implementation time from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM on July 21.

During the above period, inland waterway traffic on the announced channel will be restricted. Waterway vehicles when traveling through the area must absolutely comply with the guidance of traffic control forces, comply with the inland waterway signal system installed at the scene and strictly implement the provisions of the Law on Inland Waterway Traffic to ensure safety.

To serve the inspection, Maritime and Waterway College I is responsible for fully deploying the inland waterway signal system according to the approved traffic safety assurance plan; arranging forces, vehicles and specialized equipment to perform guarding, regulating, and guiding vehicles through safe areas.

The school coordinates with functional agencies to widely inform people, businesses and the Inland Waterway Port Authority in the area; coordinates with the waterway traffic police force to organize traffic diversion and remote guidance for vehicles passing through restricted areas.
