On the afternoon of August 31, although there was still more than a day until the official parade, many people gathered on the streets where the groups passed to wait to see the special event of the country.
Thao Uyen, born in 2004, from Ca Mau, and a group of friends she met through Tiktok, arrived in the capital on September 28.
At 3:00 p.m. on August 31, Uyen and her group of friends were present at the intersection of Hung Vuong - Nguyen Thai Hoc streets.
"We have been following the rehearsal program in Trang Tien area. This official parade, we hope to see more parades, so we are determined to reserve our early seats at the Hung Vuong - Nguyen Thai Hoc intersection. Through research, we know that the military equipment passes in this direction, so we chose to sit here, Uyen excitedly said.

According to Thao Uyen, the group of friends meeting on Tiktok has 5 people, the oldest was born in 2002, the youngest was born in 2008 - from the Central Highlands.
Although quite tired from standing at the Hung Vuong - Nguyen Thai Hoc intersection since 1:00 p.m., Thao Uyen and a friend in the group were still determined to stay strong. The young man said that the group discussed assigning and dividing shifts to each other so that everyone could go home to rest, eat, and ensure health until the official parade on the morning of September 2.
An event like this is unknown when it will happen again, so we are determined. With experience in going to see the A50 parade in Ho Chi Minh City, we have prepared our spirit and health to wait and watch the official parade. Go to witness the sacred moments, to see our country increasingly developing and beautiful, Thao Uyen shared.

Mr. Bui Duc Ngoc's family traveled from Quang Ninh to Hanoi on the morning of August 31, and planned to go to the locations where the parade group passed through tonight to find a place for September 2.
Mr. Bui Duc Ngoc shared: On April 30, I flew to Ho Chi Minh City to monitor A50. However, when I arrived at the airport at 11pm, all lanes were prohibited, the whole family had to sadly return to the hotel and watch it on TV. Learning from experience, this time the A80 parade, the family is determined to carry out the unfinished plan.
At 4:00 p.m. on August 31, Mr. Ngoc's family was drinking coffee on Tran Phu Street. According to Mr. Ngoc's survey, there are quite a few people coming early to book beautiful, easy-to-see and crowded places.

"My family plans to choose locations where authorities can handle the situation to serve the people, with LED screens to both follow the parade on the street and watch the entire A80 program," Mr. Duc added.
