Through the inspection, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich acknowledged the proactiveness of An Khe - Ka Nak Hydropower Company in developing a plan and plan to respond to storm No. 13.

At the same time, she requested An Khe - Ka Nak Hydropower Company to continue monitoring the situation of storms and floods and strictly comply with the procedures for operating reservoirs and inter-reservoirs; ensure the operation of automatic monitoring stations and automatic notification systems.
Hydropower reservoir owners must coordinate and closely contact with sectors and localities in the downstream area when operating flood discharge at each level; promptly notify people to respond and support localities in evacuating people and property to safe places.
Along with that, An Khe - Ka Nak Hydropower Plant needs to set the worst situation to have a response and handling plan, not to cause any human casualties and minimize property damage caused by flood discharge.
