Military support
In mid-June, at the construction site of the Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School in A Luoi 4 commune, Hue City, hundreds of workers and officers and soldiers of the Military Command (CHQS) of Hue City are urgently constructing important items to ensure completion progress before the new school year.
The project started in December 2025 with an area of nearly 5ha, the scale meets the learning and living needs of more than 1,800 students. This is an important educational project for the border area, where the facilities for students' learning are still facing many difficulties.
Recorded at the construction site, under the hot weather, the construction teams were divided into many groups to carry out tasks such as clearing the ground, transporting materials, pouring concrete, plastering and completing items.

Just a few days ago, the Hue City Military Command mobilized more than 100 officers and soldiers to participate in supporting construction. The soldiers were assigned to coordinate with the construction unit, focusing on tasks that require a lot of manpower to shorten the construction time.
Sergeant Tran Van Kiet, soldier of Battalion 1, Regiment 6, Hue City Military Command, said that although hot weather conditions caused many difficulties, officers and soldiers all identified this as an important task, and from there made efforts to coordinate with forces at the construction site to complete the work.
According to Captain Ngo Van Luc, Deputy Political Commissar of Battalion 1, Regiment 6, before participating in support, the unit thoroughly grasped the tasks, developed specific plans and assigned appropriate forces. Officers and soldiers promoted the pioneering spirit, coordinated with construction units to contribute to ensuring project progress.
Signs of progress
According to the plan, the project will be completed before July 30, 2026 to be put into use in the new school year. However, after more than 6 months of implementation, many items are still unfinished, while the remaining time is not much.
Under pressure regarding progress, the Hue City Military Command has strengthened support forces under the direction of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 4 Command and Hue City People's Committee.

According to Mr. Ho Huu Phu, Deputy Director in charge of the Project Management Board for Construction Investment Area 2 of Hue City, the participation and support of the military force has contributed to supplementing human resources in the peak period. Currently, units are focusing on constructing the remaining items with the goal of completing the project according to the plan.
According to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dinh Quang, Deputy Head of the Political Department of Hue City Military Command, the mobilization of officers and soldiers to participate in supporting the project was implemented with a spirit of urgency and determination to complete the assigned tasks, contributing to putting the school into operation on schedule.
In the coming time, construction units and support forces will continue to focus manpower and vehicles to complete the remaining items, ensuring that the project is soon put into service to serve the learning needs of students in border areas.

Inspecting the progress at the A Luoi 4 border commune inter-level boarding primary and secondary school project, Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee - Hoang Hai Minh acknowledged and evaluated the efforts of the investor, supervision consulting unit, construction contractor and related units. Compared to the previous inspection, the units have made adjustments and the construction volume has been improved.
In particular, the Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee acknowledged and praised the timely and responsible support of more than 100 officers and soldiers of the City Military Command force who were present at the project to implement the "60 days and nights" campaign to support accelerating the construction progress of school projects.
