On the afternoon of October 6, the Traffic Police Department - Ministry of Public Security informed that from 12:00 on October 5 to 12:00 on October 6, 2025, the AI camera at km 20 of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway recorded 8,645 vehicles moving at an average speed of 76 km/h.
Through the monitoring system, the authorities discovered 18 cases of car drivers not wearing seat belts. No case of using a phone while driving during the above period.

In Hanoi's inner city, data extracted from the pilot AI camera installed at the Pham Van Bach - Hoang Quan Chi intersection shows that there are 143 cases of motorbike and motorbike drivers not wearing helmets, 108 cases of running red lights and 2 cases of going in the wrong direction.
In addition, the AI camera on Le Van Luong Street recorded 21 more vehicles going in the wrong lane (in BRT - PV lane).
All violations have been transferred to the Hanoi City Police and functional units for handling according to regulations.
