Localities in Hung Yen province are urgently implementing a plan to give gifts to the people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2, ensuring that all people receive gifts in full, safely and on time according to the Government's direction.
On the afternoon of August 30, in Nghia Tru commune, the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune held a conference to deploy the Government's gift-giving plan to the people. Accordingly, each person in Nghia Tru commune will receive a gift worth 100,000 VND. The gift giving ceremony was held at the cultural houses of the villages, including 27 villages and 1 location for residents of Ocean Park 2 and Ocean Park 3 on August 31 and 1.9
The commune leaders have asked the villages to carefully prepare facilities, widely propagate on the communication system and ensure that all people receive gifts accurately and safely.
At the same time, Hong Chau ward also mobilized maximum forces to review and make a list of people receiving gifts, striving to complete the gift giving on September 1.

In Viet Yen commune, gift-giving will be done through village officials at the cultural house. For villages without cultural houses, gifts will be distributed at community activity points, ensuring completion before September 2.
In Hoan Long commune, the distribution of gifts for the independent New Year was implemented from the morning of August 31, at the village cultural house. Each person will receive 100,000 VND, distributed once to a permanent household; the household owner or a person legally authorized will receive the gifts on behalf of and be responsible for transferring the gifts to members. This activity is directly implemented by cadres in 15 villages, expected to be completed before September 2. The total amount of gifts given to the people of Hoan Long commune is over 3.2 billion VND.
