Updated from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 4:00 a.m. this morning (July 22), storm No. 3 with level 10 intensity was about 140km west-southwest of Quang Ninh, about 70km east of Hai Phong, about 80km east-northeast of Hung Yen, about 110km northeast of Ninh Binh.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 5:40 am this morning (September 22), in Tien Hung Commune, Hung Yen Province, there was strong wind and light rain. People limit their movement to the streets, many shops and restaurants have closed.
In Dong Chau commune, a coastal commune of Hung Yen province, at around 7am, the weather was calmer and the wind was lighter than when it was early in the morning.
In the coastal area of the province, by the afternoon of July 21, more than 1,100 vessels and boats had ensured communication; nearly 2,300 workers in ponds outside the dike, clam cages and aquaculture areas, river mouths had entered safe shelters.
