Hung Yen - On the afternoon of July 21, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha inspected the work of preventing and fighting storm No. 3 in the province.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha inspected the anchorage area of Tan Son Fishing Port (Thai Thuy commune) and the Mai Diem flood prevention pumping station (Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park).

After listening to the local report on storm prevention and control work No. 3, the Deputy Prime Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive response to storms of local Party committees and authorities. With strong storms and complicated developments, localities must absolutely not be subjective or negligent, and prepare response plans according to the "4 on-site" motto.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested forces to proactively coordinate and effectively handle arising situations, minimize the impact caused by storms, and ensure the safety of people and businesses.

By the afternoon of July 21, Hung Yen province had more than 1,100 ships and boats ensuring communication; nearly 2,300 workers in ponds outside the dike, clam cages and aquaculture areas, river mouths had entered safe shelters.
