On the morning of October 6, due to the influence of storm No. 11, Hung Yen province experienced light rain, scattered rain in many places. Cloudy weather, sometimes light rain, weak wind, no heavy rain or strong gusts of wind recorded. The morning air is cool, the rainfall is insignificant, so people's activities run normally.
From early morning, many roads in Tran Lam, Pho Hien, Son Nam, Hong Chau wards... or Tan Hung, Nguyen Luong Bang, Hoan Long communes... were still bustling with people going to work and students going to school. Breakfast shops and traditional markets are still crowded as usual.

According to meteorological information, early this morning (October 6), storm No. 11 made landfall in the Phong Thanh area of Guangxi province (China). Due to the impact of the storm, at Bach Long Vi station, there were strong winds of level 8, gusting to level 9; Co To station had strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 8; the coastal areas of Quang Ninh - Hai Phong recorded gusts of level 6-7.

The assessment of the Hung Yen Province Hydrometeorological Station said that currently, storm No. 11 has weakened a lot, so there is little chance of causing strong winds in the mainland area. However, in the sea areas under Hung Yen's management, there is still a possibility of thunderstorms with strong gusts of wind.

From this morning (October 6) to the end of October 7, the province will have rain, moderate rain with a common amount of 30 - 50mm; people need to be on guard against tornadoes and lightning during thunderstorms. The risk level of natural disasters due to thunderstorms, lightning, and strong gusts of wind at sea is determined at level 3.
Agencies, units, and functional forces continue to maintain on-duty regimes, closely monitor weather developments and proactively respond when there are unusual situations, ensuring safety for people, production and socio-economic activities in the area.
