Average income per capita increased from 27.2 million VND/person/year in 2019 to 41.3 million VND/person/year in 2023.
Based on the results achieved, Da Bac district has been making efforts to fill the “lowlands” in legal access in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of the province. Priority is given to particularly difficult areas, remote and isolated areas.

The quality and effectiveness of mediation work have been improved, contributing to maintaining the village spirit and ensuring security and order at the grassroots level in the district in recent times.
In addition, in an effort to promote propaganda, dissemination, legal education and legal aid for people, Da Bac district has diversified the content and forms of propaganda. In particular, priority is given to propaganda to raise awareness of 3 national target programs, including: New rural construction program; sustainable poverty reduction and the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030; policies related to ethnic minority and mountainous areas to create consensus among the people, contributing to the effective implementation of programs and policies in the district.
In the period of 2019-2024, there have been no cases of incestuous marriage in the district for many years. To achieve the goal of basically eliminating child marriage and women under 18 giving birth by 2030, the drastic participation of the entire political system, the consensus, solidarity, active participation, proactiveness and responsibility of the ethnic minority communities in the district.
It can be affirmed that focusing on information, propaganda, and dissemination of legal education has helped ethnic minorities in the mountainous district of Da Bac raise their awareness and understanding of the law, and the political security situation and social order and safety in the ethnic minority area have been basically stabilized and maintained. Ethnic minorities have promoted the strength of great solidarity, focused on building new rural areas, and strived for comprehensive development in all aspects.
