19/5 Road serves traffic and socio-economic development of Vinh Loi District. During major holidays, especially on the 19th of May every year, the 19th of May street is bustling with people coming to visit Uncle Ho's Temple to commemorate him. Today, "The Party Committee and People of Vinh Loi district are inclined to follow Uncle Ho, build solidarity, promote combined strength to build an increasingly beautiful homeland, contributing to realizing Uncle Ho's wish for a more decent and beautiful country", comrade Truong Thanh Nha - Secretary of Vinh Loi District Party Committee informed Uncle Ho at the Temple.

About 40 years ago, in the countryside rich in revolutionary traditions of Chau Thoi (Vinh Loi district), a project not only with traffic significance but also containing the iron affection of the cadres, army and people here for President Ho Chi Minh was built. That is a nearly 3km long road, connecting from Chu Y bridge (Chau Thoi commune bridge) to Uncle Ho Temple, formed entirely by the will, strength of people and the spirit of solidarity.

During the resistance, the people of Chau Thoi surpassed all the control and preventive of the stations surrounding the temple of President Ho Chi Minh. And later, during the subsidy period, the advocate to make a road leading to Uncle Ho's temple was leaked by 13 party members (later the Chau Thoi Commune Party Committee).
Without modern machinery, only soft silk threads ( wires, shovels) and the most rudimentary tools, but containing countless hopes and calculations for the nearly 2.8km long, 3m wide road with a 2m road surface, connecting the commune bridge with Uncle Ho Temple.

Each folk is responsible for the target of 3m of road, while the main villagers and explorers, in addition to the task of mobilizing, also voluntarily accept 1.5m of filling. Every meter of soil is built not only by strength but also by the heart.
Secretary of the Chau Thoi Commune Party Committee, Le Thi Dam, now 90 years old, recalled: I only studied in grade 5 at a village school, so I knew that speaking just for fun was not like being real. Just persevere and work with the people, then ask your people to call on your people. Seeing that we are doing it for real, seeing the immediate benefits, the people trust and sympathize, so the whole neighborhood works together and the project is completed".

Relying on the same primitive tools: the familiar cuoc trees, the patch trees and even the simple sacks that turn into traps, struggling to carry the soil. After months of hard work, without rest, the black dirt road with love gradually appeared, firmly leading to the Temple of beloved Uncle Ho.

It is not only the way, these are contributions from labor efforts, the will and the people's hearts. Along with the legendary road, an alum ditch parallel to the two sides of the road was formed to create favorable conditions for the granting and drainage for thousands of hectares of rice.
