On April 13, the People's Procuracy of Region 1 (Dak Lak province) said that the unit had conducted an inspection of the scene examination and autopsy in the traffic accident that killed and injured 3 people in Tan Lap ward. At the same time, functional agencies continued to examine, collect evidence, traces, objects and related documents to clarify the cause of the accident.
According to the verification results, at 5:18 am on April 11, Mr. C.A. P. A (residing in Ea Knuec commune), N.T. K and T.D. N. H (both residing in Ea Knuec commune) were riding a motorbike with license plate 47AB-303. XX, traveling on Nguyen Luong Bang street in the direction from Ea Ktur commune to Buon Ma Thuot ward.
When arriving at the Hoa Thang commune football field area (old), the motorbike suddenly crashed into a roadside tree. As a result, Mr. P.A and T.K died; Mr. N.H was injured, and the motorbike was heavily damaged.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Criminal Police Department (PC01) coordinated with the Criminal Technical Department (PC09) of Dak Lak Provincial Police and Tan Lap Ward Police to conduct scene examination, autopsy, take witness statements, and review cameras in the area where the incident occurred.
The case is being further verified and clarified by functional agencies.
