On January 14, information from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong has just issued a decision approving and announcing the Administrative Reform Index (CCHC - PAR Index) for 2025 for agencies, units, and localities in the province.
According to the announced results, out of a total of 91 agencies, units, and localities belonging to 4 groups that were evaluated and ranked, 54 units were ranked as good, 19 units were ranked as good, and 18 units were ranked as average, and no units were ranked as weak.
Notably, 29 units achieved an administrative reform index of over 90%, showing positive changes in administrative reform in the province.
In the block of departments, boards, and branches under the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Justice ranked highest with an administrative reform index of 93.01%, ranking first in the entire block.
Next are the Department of Home Affairs (92.60%) and the Department of Science and Technology (91.43%). In this block, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is the only unit ranked quite well, with an index of 77.81%.
For vertical sectoral agencies, Khanh Hoa Provincial Taxation leads with the CCHC index reaching 90.99%, followed by Khanh Hoa Provincial Police (90.27%) and Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Insurance (89.66%). All 3 units are ranked well.
In the block of public non-business units directly under the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Development Project Management Board achieved the highest index, 95.55%. This is also the unit with the highest CCHC index in the entire ranking.
The next units include Khanh Hoa University (94.54%) and Khanh Hoa Medical College (93.92%).
In the block of People's Committees of communes and wards, Bac Cam Ranh Ward People's Committee leads with the CCHC index reaching 94.7%, followed by Nha Trang Ward People's Committee (93.10%) and Khanh Vinh Commune People's Committee (92.86%).
The whole block has 31 communes and wards ranked well, 15 units ranked quite well and 18 units ranked average. Among them, 2 communes and wards achieved 60 points.
Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested leaders of agencies, units, and localities to be responsible for developing plans and measures to overcome existing shortcomings and limitations, improve the quality of service to people and businesses, contributing to improving the efficiency of state management and the public administrative environment in the province.
At the same time, assign the Department of Home Affairs to base on the index results and administrative reform ranking to advise the Provincial People's Committee to commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in administrative reform.
