Previously, according to the forecast of the South Central Region Hydrometeorological Station, from November 27 to 29, due to the influence of the southern edge of the continental cold high pressure strengthening strongly, combined with disturbances in the upper easterly wind zone, the weather in Khanh Hoa area will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Heavy rains will be concentrated on November 28-29, and on November 30, the rain will tend to decrease. Total rainfall for the entire period is generally from 80-150mm/period, with some places in the northern part of the province receiving over 200mm/period.
To proactively respond to heavy rain, flash floods, and landslides; the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue of Khanh Hoa Province requests the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to monitor information on flood developments to deploy appropriate response work to natural disaster developments affecting the management area.
Direct the security forces at locations at risk of floods, flash floods, landslides, and inundation. Review plans to ensure traffic safety, especially in areas that are easily isolated, proactively arrange forces, materials, and means to overcome incidents, and ensure smooth traffic on main traffic routes.
Coordinate with relevant units to prepare forces, means, equipment, and essential supplies according to the "four on-site" motto to be ready to respond to
