Currently, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has requested departments, branches and localities to complete the internal process of handling administrative procedures (AP) in accordance with the two-level government model and digital requirements, to be completed before July 15, 2025.
The above implementation is aimed at overcoming shortcomings in the process of inspecting digital transformation work, improving the quality of service for people and businesses.
Regarding the repair of software-related errors and data connection, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Office was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Justice and related units (Ministry of Justice, VNPT Group).
Thereby, upgrading and overcoming errors in connection between the administrative procedure settlement system and electronic civil status software, ensuring stable operation, to be completed before July 20, 2025.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment will take the lead in completing the shared land data system and connecting it with the province's administrative procedure settlement system.
The Department of Science and Technology is assigned to complete the implementation of digital signatures and electronic seals for agencies and units according to the two-level government model.
The Provincial People's Committee Office is also responsible for coordinating the establishment of beneficiary accounts to serve the settlement of administrative procedures and provide online public services.
Regarding the task of cutting down on records and optimizing the TTHC process, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province requires units to immediately abolish unnecessary file requirements.
Especially documents that have been integrated into the national population database, such as a copy of a citizen identification card.
Departments and branches need to advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to announce and publicize the list of administrative procedures and integrate 100% of online public services into the National Public Service Portal.
Khanh Hoa province also requested to continue to promote communication work, publicly posting administrative procedures at the headquarters of administrative procedures settlement units; ensure information security, increase support for people at the Public Administration Service Center.
