Nhuan Trach Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister in principle for investment and approved Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Company Limited as the Investor in Decision No. 256/QD-TT in 2022, located in the administrative boundaries of Nhuan Trach commune and Cu Yen commune, Luong Son district.
The project has a convenient traffic location, located right at the gateway of Hanoi Capital, between the center of Luong Son district and Xuan Mai town, Hanoi city with a scale of 213.68 hectares, a total investment of nearly 2,400 billion VND, including items of site clearance, leveling, traffic, rainwater drainage, wastewater, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, electricity supply, lighting system, wastewater treatment plant.
After more than 2 years of implementation, the Nhuan Trach Industrial Park Project has been completed in accordance with regulations, especially in 18 months of compensation, support and resettlement, the Project has cleared 209/213.68 hectares (98%) and is eligible to start construction.
Nhuan Trach Industrial Park aims to become a model multi-industry industrial park of Hoa Binh province according to the criteria of Green - Clean - Beautiful and a destination of success for domestic and international investors. When put into operation, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park will attract about 30,000 direct jobs and about 10,000 indirect jobs through trade and service activities for the locality and neighboring provinces.
On behalf of the leaders of Hoa Binh province, delivering a congratulatory speech at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the Government, ministries and central branches for their attention, direction and support in helping Hoa Binh province complete the necessary procedures. At the same time, he acknowledged and praised the efforts of all levels, branches and localities who were determined, made efforts, actively coordinated, organized and implemented, and resolved many problems related to investment preparation and site clearance.
