Khanh Hoa - The locality has put into operation an Information Operation Center, supporting tourists and piloting a KPI tool to evaluate the results of personnel work.

On March 22, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced the results of administrative reform in the first quarter of 2025.

In the past quarter, the locality has had some bright spots in administrative reform such as putting into operation the Center for Information and Support for Tourists.

At the end of 2024, Khanh Hoa province held a launching ceremony for the Tourist Support Information Center located at https://ttdhsdl.khanhhoa.gov.vn/.

When accessing the above address, visitors can look up accommodation establishments, travel agencies, tour guides, restaurants, entertainment attractions... in many different languages.

In particular, the Center also receives and handles emergency situations to support tourists, monitor security and safety in tourism, ensure food hygiene issues, and be transparent about the prices of tourism products and services.

The web application of the Information Control Center, supporting tourists, was created to create a unified information channel, focusing on supporting destinations for tourists, allowing connection with other information systems and social networks to support tourists, overcoming the shortcomings of existing software and information systems, increasing user experience interaction, facilitating the management of professional agencies.

In addition, in the first quarter of 2025, Khanh Hoa province has piloted the assessment of the results and effectiveness of work for cadres, civil servants and public employees at 19 agencies (including 8 provincial-level professional agencies and the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and 2 provincial-level mass organizations; 5 advisory agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; 2 district-level People's Committees).

After the pilot period, the implementation of the KPI toolkit will be officially applied to all agencies in the province from April 1 to present.

The implementation of evaluating the results and performance of cadres, civil servants and public employees through KPI is a breakthrough in assessing the capacity of the province's cadres, civil servants and public employees, and is an objective, transparent measure of evaluating work efficiency through work scoring.

Through KPI, determining the level of necessity according to the nature of the work from simple to complex. KPI is also an important basis for evaluating and classifying individuals and groups annually and using KPI in qualifying and monitoring work for cadres, civil servants and public employees; aiming to pay salaries according to job positions; is the basis for training cadres, civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements of job tasks; the basis for planning and rotating cadres.

In particular, implementing KPI will encourage each individual to have a voluntary spirit in performing work, contributing to improving productivity and work quality.
