As the Information Lao Dong newspaper, recent social networks spread videos and images of a tiger tiger wrapped with caregivers at Hon Nhan eco -tourism area, Dien Doai commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An. The individual tiger is named "clam", friendly, often caressed and carried like pets, many tourists have contacted directly with this tiger.
Many tourists are excited, even considered tigers as "tourism ambassadors". However, Nghe An Forest Protection Department affirmed that this is a violation of the law on wildlife protection.

Talking to PV Lao Dong Newspaper on April 14, the representative of Nghe An Forest Protection Department said that although it is a tiger, it is still a fierce wild species, giving direct contact with the risk of unsafe and transmission from animal to humans. The unit has issued Document No. 147 to request the Hon Nhan eco -tourism area to immediately terminate the above behavior, send the explanation report and remove all related images and videos.
The Sub -Department emphasized that the zoos and resorts with wildlife farming must comply with the regulations: Visitors can only see from afar to the permitted area. In case of medical intervention, it must be implemented by government officials.
Earlier, in 2024, Nghe An interdisciplinary inspection team discovered many mistakes at the Hon Nhan ecological garden project invested by Bach Ngoc Lam Co., Ltd.: Building many items in wrong planning, wrong position, wrong area and wrong land use purposes. Dien Doi Commune People's Committee has submitted a proposal to fined VND 390 million for 3 unauthorized construction items.
Specifically, the enterprise has built a motel for officials and employees of an area of 293 m²; convert bird cage into artificial soccer field with an area of 1,600 m²; and building a 68 m long and 5.2 m wide stable - there is no construction permit, violating Decree 16/2022/ND -CP.
Dien Chau District People's Committee also requested to handle responsibilities for collectives and individuals at Dien Doai People's Committee due to loose, so that many violations of construction order occur.
Not only violating construction, project investor - Bach Ngoc Lam Co., Ltd. - has been entangled since 2016 when receiving 15 tiger individuals from Muong Thanh Ecological Co., Ltd. to raise at Hon Nhan. What made the public wonder was that Mr. Pham Van Tuan, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lien's husband - Director of Bach Ngoc Lam Company - had a criminal record of killing tigers.
Nghe An authorities licensed the company by Mr. Tuan's wife in the legal name to implement the tiger project, causing the public to ask questions about transparency and tightness in the process of appraisal and licensing.
Nghe An Forest Protection Department said that the licensing for Bach Ngoc Lam Co., Ltd. has been carried out in accordance with the process and registration of the legal entity of Ms. Lien, not related to the husband who has a criminal record.
Currently, Nghe An Forest Protection Department and relevant authorities are continuing to supervise and handle violations in accordance with the law.
