Voters in Dong Da ward reflected that the Dong Da Entertainment Area Project (in Trung Liet ward, old Dong Da district, now Dong Da ward) is slow to implement, leaving the land fallow, causing urban unsightliness.
Faced with the above situation, voters proposed that the Hanoi City People's Committee consider revoking the project, and at the same time assign the Dong Da Ward People's Committee to study and develop an investment project to build cultural and social works to serve the living needs of people in the area.
Regarding this issue, the Hanoi City People's Committee replied as follows: On January 12, 2026, the Ministry of Finance issued Official Dispatch No. 365/BTCQLCS on guiding and removing obstacles regarding the handling of state-owned houses and land and land procedures of the Agricultural Materials Corporation - Joint Stock Company.
On January 30, 2026, the City People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1899/VP-NNMT on guiding and removing obstacles regarding the handling of state-owned houses and land and land procedures of the General Corporation of Agricultural Materials - Joint Stock Company. In which, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to summarize and advise on solutions according to regulations, and report to the City People's Committee.
On March 9, 2026, the City's Inter-sectoral Inspection Team, according to Decision No. 576/QD-UBND dated February 6, 2026 of the City People's Committee, conducted an inspection of the implementation of inspection conclusions and post-inspection instructions for the project.
Based on the inspection results and collected dossiers and documents, the Inter-sectoral Inspection Team reports to the City People's Committee for consideration and handling according to regulations. After having the review results, the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the City People's Committee will inform voters.
