Ms. H'Nheo Ksor (Dlie Ya commune) said: "In 2019, my family was one of the households in difficult circumstances in the commune. My husband and I tried our best but still didn't have enough money to raise our child."
According to Ms. H'Nheo Ksor, in that difficult context, commune officials mobilized and supported the family to borrow capital from the district Social Policy Bank to invest in growing coffee and durian. From 2020 to 2024, the family struggled to learn, needing to take care of the garden to develop.
"By 2025, the income from agricultural products will be stable, the family has had a much better life than before. This year, if agricultural product prices continue to be stable, the family can escape poverty sustainably," Ms. H'Nheo Ksor said excitedly.

In addition, the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Department of Krong Nang district also coordinated with relevant units to deploy distributed domestic water support for people in difficult circumstances.

As one of 158 people in Ea Dah commune who received support, Mr. Lo Van Nua shared: "My family is in difficult circumstances and has unstable income. In the dry season, the family lacks clean water to use, which is very inconvenient".
"Fortunately, thanks to the local government's support for buying water for daily use for cooking, my children are not worried about getting infected with infectious diseases. Thanks to that, I can feel secure spending time working and producing to escape poverty sustainably" - Mr. Lo Van Nua added.

Synchronously implementing national target programs
In the period of 2021 - 2025, the authorities of Krong Nang district have synchronously implemented national target programs.
In particular, the district focuses resources on communes with villages and hamlets of ethnic minorities in especially difficult areas.

Under the direction of the People's Committee of Krong Nang district, representatives of the leaders of departments, branches, and People's Committees of the district visited disadvantaged communes in the area to listen to and explain the people's problems with poverty reduction policies.
In particular, Krong Nang district also continues to focus on directing specialized departments, People's Committees of communes and towns to implement the Sustainable Poverty Reduction Program with the motto of no stops, no end points.
Therefore, according to statistics from the People's Committee of Krong Nang district, in 2024, the district has allocated 21.153 billion VND to implement the sustainable poverty reduction program. By early 2025, Krong Nang district has disbursed about 70% of the plan.
The leader of the People's Committee of Krong Nang district said that the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas (abbreviated as Program 1719) is a large program of a comprehensive and comprehensive nature.
The program aims to invest in and comprehensively develop areas in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, contributing to improving living conditions and narrowing the development gap between regions.
With a wide scope of coverage, Program 1719 is gradually creating clear changes in particularly disadvantaged communes in the district.
Thanks to resources from the 1719 Program, many investment and infrastructure renovation projects have been implemented, promptly meeting the urgent needs of local people. This is an important foundation to move towards the goal of sustainable poverty reduction in ethnic minority areas, emphasized the representative of the People's Committee of Krong Nang district.
