Disseminating the law to villagers
In recent years, in parallel with socio-economic development, the People's Committee of Krong No commune (Dak Lak province) has always identified the work of propagating, disseminating and educating the law for people, especially ethnic minorities, as an important task of long-term significance.
Raising legal awareness not only contributes to maintaining security, order and social stability but also creates a foundation to promote economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities in the area.

Ms. H' Phien Pang Ting (38 years old, residing in Krong No commune) is a poor household. A few years ago, her husband unfortunately passed away, leaving her alone to raise 4 adult children. The family's largest asset is 4 sao of coffee but low productivity and unstable income make life difficult.
Ms. H' Phien shared: "Thanks to the encouragement of prestigious people in the trade, I boldly changed the coffee variety and care method to improve my children's income. The family does not have a mature man, so I work and teach my grandchildren. Luckily, thanks to the grassroots police, village chiefs and prestigious people who regularly propagate and disseminate the law, I have more knowledge to remind them to stay away from social evils".

Krong No commune has a natural area of over 281km2 with 13 hamlets, 18 ethnic groups living together, and a population of over 10,000 people. Of which, ethnic minorities account for over 80%.
According to Krong No Commune Police, in 2025, the security and order situation in the area will be basically maintained. The police force regularly follows closely the village and hamlet areas; closely coordinate with village chiefs and prestigious people to propagate and disseminate the law, minimizing violations of working age.
Mr. Y Krang Ndu - a prestigious person in Phi Dih Ja B trading - said that the trading floor currently has 200 households. In recent times, thanks to promoting legal dissemination, the number of violations among young people has decreased significantly; people have actively worked and produced, and outdated customs and practices have been gradually eliminated.

Promoting socio-economic development
Linking the work of propaganda and dissemination of laws with the task of socio-economic development is a highlight in the orientation of the People's Committee of Krong No commune.
Through the dissemination of policies to support agricultural production, convert crop and livestock structure, preferential loans, etc., people are equipped with knowledge to boldly invest in economic development and increase income.
In addition, the locality has promoted the integration of legal propaganda into emulation movements, campaigns and community activities. The content of the law is conveyed through village and hamlet meetings; cultural and artistic activities; programs for building new rural areas and sustainable poverty reduction.
Thereby, people not only access legal knowledge but also clearly recognize the connection between law compliance and the development of families and communities.

The leader of the People's Committee of Krong No commune affirmed that the work of law propaganda is always associated with the task of maintaining security and order, building cultural life in residential areas.
Raising awareness of law compliance helps people proactively prevent and combat violations, not listen to the enticement of bad entities, contributing to building a safe and stable living environment - an important condition for sustainable socio-economic development.
It can be affirmed that the orientation of propaganda and dissemination of laws associated with socio-economic development of the People's Committee of Krong No commune is a solution suitable for local realities.
In the coming time, with the synchronous participation of the entire political system and the consensus of the people, this work will continue to be effective, contributing to raising awareness, improving life and promoting comprehensive development of ethnic minority areas in the area.
