A solid support for the people
Krong No commune is one of the areas with many difficulties in Dak Lak province. The whole commune has 13 villages and hamlets, all of which are in a particularly difficult situation, with a large number of ethnic minorities living there.
In recent years, thanks to the team of village chiefs, responsible dealers and dedicated prestigious people, the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws have been promptly promoted and widely spread by local authorities.

Mr. Y Khiem Pang Ting - Head of Ba Yang Hamlet - said that the security and order situation in the area in recent years has been basically stable. This result is achieved thanks to the attention and support of authorities at all levels and the sense of responsibility of grassroots staff.
According to Mr. Y Khiem Pang Ting, legal dissemination needs to be carried out flexibly and gently, through specific stories and clear evidence to easily reach people's hearts.
From that way, he and the village elders and prestigious people regularly mobilized and reminded young people to work hard and not get involved in social evils; at the same time, encouraged families to pay attention and monitor their children until they are old enough to promptly correct and orient their lifestyle.

In addition to the role of village and hamlet heads, prestigious people in the community are also especially respected and hold an important position at the grassroots level.
In villages and hamlets with a large number of ethnic minorities, the voices of prestigious people have great persuasion, directly contributing to mobilizing people to comply with the law, maintain social order and ensure security and order.
Mr. Y Bun Tang Ting - a prestigious person in Phi Dih Ja A village - shared: "This year I am nearly 60 years old. Born and raised in the locality, I understand the customs and practices of the people."

According to Mr. Y Bun Tang Ting, to maintain security and order and prevent social evils, the first thing is to help people have jobs and sustainable livelihoods.
In recent years, thanks to resources from national target programs and the efforts of the people, the number of poor and near-poor households in the village has decreased significantly.
I myself participate in propagating and disseminating the law, but without the synchronous participation of the entire political system, the appearance of the village will hardly change like today, Mr. Y Bun Tang Ting emphasized.
Building a civilized and progressive community
In 2025, all 13 hamlets in Krong No commune were recognized as meeting the cultural trade standards. Along with that, the Commune People's Committee established a Working Group to assist the Steering Committee for the implementation of Project 104 on "Economic - social development associated with ensuring security and defense in the Central Highlands".
Thereby, contributing to maintaining security and order, promoting propaganda, disseminating laws and promoting socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

In parallel with the above task, the implementation of projects from investment capital of national target programs has received special attention from local authorities.
The Commune People's Committee has issued a decision to establish a Management Board of National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025; core personnel in the Board regularly direct and supervise the implementation of capital in 2025 to ensure compliance with regulations.
Thanks to that, people in difficult circumstances are supported promptly, while creating conditions for traders and prestigious people to increase contact and be close to the people, contributing to spreading the effectiveness of policies.

Mr. Nguyen Van Huyen - Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong No commune - said that for people in difficult circumstances and with limited educational qualifications, accessing legal documents is not easy.
Village and hamlet heads and prestigious people are an important "connector", helping to convey dry legal regulations into stories, specific examples, close to life.
Thanks to this approach, people better understand their rights and obligations, know how to protect their legitimate rights, and limit violations of the law due to lack of knowledge. Many conflicts and small disputes in the community are promptly mediated right from the grassroots level, contributing to maintaining the village spirit and stabilizing social order.
