The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Construction and the National Development and Development Committee of China on the establishment of the Vietnam -China Railway Cooperation Commission to accelerate the project implementation progress.

The working minutes between the Ministry of Construction and the General Department of International Development Cooperation China (CIDCA) on field survey support technical support for the feasibility study report for the investment project to build the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line of Vietnam.
