On the morning of May 26, Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance said that the unit had just organized a conference to evaluate the results of implementing coordination programs to implement social insurance and health insurance policies in the period 2022 - 2025 and signed coordination regulations for the period 2026 - 2030.
Over the past time, the coordination between the Provincial Social Insurance and departments, agencies, branches, socio-political organizations has made an important contribution to bringing social insurance and health insurance policies closer to the people, creating consensus among the people, contributing to ensuring social security in the province.
In the 2022-2025 period, coordination programs are implemented synchronously from province to grassroots level with many practical contents, suitable for each target group.
The whole province has coordinated to organize 1,385 conferences to propagate social insurance and health insurance policies. Provincial Social Insurance and coordinating units have mobilized over 2.3 billion VND to donate 3,438 health insurance cards and 389 social insurance books to people in difficult circumstances.
The work of inspection, examination, and supervision of the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies at enterprises continues to be strengthened, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing many key contents such as: improving the efficiency of coordination after implementing the two-level local government model; promoting the role of the grassroots political system in developing social insurance and health insurance participants; promoting digital transformation in propaganda and policy implementation; replicating skillful mass mobilization models and effective social security models at the grassroots level.
Delegates also proposed promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in supervising the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies at the grassroots level; continue to mobilize socialized resources to support social insurance books and health insurance cards for people in difficult circumstances.
At the same time, focus on training propaganda skills for the team of reporters and grassroots propagandists; strengthen communication on digital platforms and social networks to widely spread social insurance and health insurance policies among the people.
At the conference, Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance signed regulations and coordination plans for the period 2026 - 2030 with the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Department of Justice, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Farmers' Association and the Provincial Women's Union.
