The unit has organized an assessment of the implementation results of Resolution 18-NQ/TW in the province. At the same time, it discussed plans to arrange and streamline the organization of the political system to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operations, meeting the requirements of the new period.
For the Party, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, 54/233 focal points (23.17%) were reduced; 145 district and department-level leaders were reduced. Of these, there were 54 heads and 91 deputies.
For public service agencies and units under the management of the State sector, reduce 1 specialized agency under the Provincial People's Committee (dissolve the Department of Foreign Affairs). The number of specialized departments, branches and equivalents is reduced by 34 departments (23.1%) and reduce 23/196 deputy levels of 20 administrative organizations under the province.
At the district level, 11/155 departments and specialized agencies under the district People's Committee (7.1%) were reduced; 115/716 public service units of Lam Dong province were reduced (13.83%).
The entire political system of the province has streamlined 6,022 positions (436 positions for civil servants and 5,355 positions for public employees). Of which, the Party bloc streamlined 231 positions and the State bloc streamlined 5,791 positions.
Thus, this locality has reduced the number of civil servants by 15% and the number of public employees by 20%.
According to the plan to arrange and streamline the organizational apparatus of Lam Dong province's administrative system, many specialized agencies from the province to the district will be arranged and merged and 2 Party Committees will be established under the Provincial Party Committee.
Establishing the Party Committee of the Party Agencies, People's Councils, Fatherland Fronts, mass organizations, and the provincial judiciary (abbreviated as the Party Committee of the Party Bloc). This Party Committee is established on the basis of ending the activities of the Party Committees and Party Executive Committees of the judiciary agencies.
Establishment of the Provincial Government Party Committee on the basis of ending the activities of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, ending the activities of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee and the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee.
For the Provincial Labor Federation, dissolve and terminate the activities of 4 unions: Education Trade Union, Health Trade Union, Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union and Provincial Civil Servants Trade Union.
Establish two grassroots trade union organizations directly above the Party trade union and the Government trade union.
