On the morning of May 15, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Quang Binh Provincial Police held the opening ceremony of the first road motor vehicle driving license test since receiving the task from the Department of Transport (old).
The exam was held at Quang Binh College of Industry and Agriculture, with the participation of 295 candidates. Candidates took the exam in all 4 parts according to regulations, including: theory, simulation of traffic situations, practice driving in the picture and driving on the road.

Earlier, following the assignment of new tasks, Quang Binh Provincial Police received testing and granting road motor driving licenses from the Department of Transport - Transport (former). Immediately after the reception, the provincial police coordinated with the Traffic Police Department to organize training, training and examination cards for 21 officers of the Traffic Police Department, ensuring qualifications to perform new tasks.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Cao Quang - Head of the Traffic Police Department - Quang Binh Provincial Police said that the unit has proactively coordinated with driving training centers in the area to inspect and review the conditions of facilities, people, teaching procedures... to ensure compliance with regulations.

Although it was the first exam after receiving the assignment, according to Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Cao Quang, the exam Takers and council members had prepared carefully, made efforts to learn, and closely coordinated with the Traffic Police Department to carry out the work seriously and systematically.
The Head of the Traffic Police Department requested that the Examination Council organize the exam in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring publicity, transparency, objectivity, and accuracy. At the same time, it is required to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation process to promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle negative manifestations and violations if any.

In particular, in this test, all candidates must measure their alcohol concentration before taking the exam - a new step to tighten discipline and enhance the sense of responsibility of traffic participants right from the time they are students.
