The program took place on the evening of June 5th, in Cua Lo ward, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment in coordination with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the People's Committee of Nghe An province, as part of a series of events in response to Vietnam Sea and Islands Week (from June 1st to 8th), World Environment Day (June 5th), World Oceans Day (June 8th) and Environmental Action Month 2026.
On the Central side, the program was attended by Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Also attending were Comrades Members of the Party Central Committee: Ho Quoc Dung - Deputy Prime Minister; Trinh Viet Hung - Minister of Agriculture and Environment; Ha Thi Nga - Vice Chairman, Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Le Thi Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam Women's Union; Bui Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Minister of Agriculture and Environment Trinh Viet Hung affirmed that World Environment Day and World Oceans Day every year are opportunities for countries to act more strongly to protect the environment, protect the sea and preserve the green planet for future generations.

The art program is elaborately staged, consisting of 3 chapters with continuous content. Chapter I - "From Motherland" recreates the history of building and defending the country associated with the homeland's sea and islands, arousing national pride and awareness of environmental protection. The carefully invested art performances vividly depict the image of people and soldiers day and night clinging to the sea, protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
Chapter II - "Love of the Sea" brings an emotional musical space with deep melodies about the sea and people. The beauty of the ocean is honored, while sending a message about the responsibility of preserving the marine environment and protecting precious resources for future generations.
Chapter III - "Reaching out to the big sea" closed the show with a vibrant atmosphere, praising the labor and production at sea and the nation's aspiration to reach out to sea, spreading patriotism. The image of a dynamic Vietnam, towards the goal of green and sustainable growth, is clearly expressed through modern artistic language.
