According to the announcement of the Traffic Police Department, Lang Son Provincial Police, the temporarily closed section extends from Hung Vuong - Tran Hung Dao roundabout to Hung Vuong - Da Tuong intersection.
The ban time is from 5 pm to 11 pm on the 18th and 20th of September. On September 19th, the temporary ban starts at 3 pm, lasting until the end of activities.
The lantern parade will start from Hung Vuong street, through Ky Cung bridge, 17/10 street, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Nguyen Du, Nguyen Truong To, Dong Kinh bridge and then return to Hung Vuong street.
To serve people traveling during the event, traffic police arranged alternative directions of movement.
Vehicles on National Highway 1 - Hung Vuong going in the direction of Ky Cung bridge - Tran Dang Ninh and vice versa move on two routes:
Hung Vuong → Ba Trieu → bridge 17/10 → Ba Trieu - Le Loi intersection.
Tran Dang Ninh → Ba Trieu - Bong Lau interchange → Ba Trieu → Hung Vuong.
Vehicles from Tran Quang Khai, Quang Trung, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Dinh Tien Hoang, Tran Hung Dao streets going in the direction of Dong Kinh bridge, Ky Cung bridge and vice versa are guided along three routes:
Tran Quang Khai → Thac Tra underpass → Ben Bac → Le Hong Phong - Tam Thanh - Nhi Thanh intersection → Tran Dang Ninh → Ba Trieu - Bong Lau intersection → Ba Trieu.
Tran Quang Khai → Deo Giang → Van Vi → Hung Vuong → Hung Vuong - Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection → 17/10 bridge → Ba Trieu - Le Loi intersection.
Quang Trung → Da Tuong → Hung Vuong → Hung Vuong - Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection → 17/10 bridge → Ba Trieu - Le Loi intersection.
Vehicles on Chua Tien, Van Vi streets going in the direction of Dong Kinh bridge, Ky Cung bridge and vice versa move on two routes:
Hung Vuong → Hung Vuong - Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection → Bridge 17/10 → Ba Trieu - Le Loi intersection.
Van Vi → Thac Tra underpass → Ben Bac → Le Hong Phong - Tam Thanh - Nhi Thanh intersection.
The Traffic Police Department said that the traffic diversion plan can be adjusted if an incident occurs or the number of vehicles increases sharply, to avoid congestion.
Road users need to follow the instructions of functional forces, do not stop or park vehicles on the road causing traffic obstruction.
