On the afternoon of March 23, Lang Son Provincial Police launched the campaign "180 days and nights digitizing dossiers and professional documents stored", aiming to complete the digitization of more than 71,600 sets of dossiers, equivalent to about 8,434,600 pages of documents being stored at the Professional Records Department.
According to the plan, the campaign takes place from March 23 to September 23, 2026, continuously deployed from Monday to Sunday every week.
The implementation process is divided into three phases, including: from March 23 to May 23, from May 24 to July 24 and from July 25 to September 23.
The workload is concentrated in the Professional Records Department, which is storing over 71,600 sets of professional records. This is a large number of documents, requiring digitization to ensure progress, accuracy and security requirements.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, leaders of Lang Son Provincial Police requested the Professional Records Department and officers and soldiers participating in the campaign to closely follow the unit's plan, and at the same time proactively arrange to harmonize between regular work and digitalization tasks.
Leaders of this Provincial Police also emphasized that the digitization of dossiers and documents must be carried out carefully, meticulously, and in accordance with procedures; participating forces must strictly comply with security regulations, promptly report difficulties and problems arising for direction and handling.
