According to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, in response to the request to streamline the organizational apparatus and reorganize administrative units, Lang Son province is focusing on implementing the work of reviewing, arranging and handling real estate facilities, along with a series of projects and headquarters works under construction or approved investment policies.
According to the initial review results, the whole province currently has 4,522 houses and land facilities under the working headquarters and public service facilities of agencies, organizations and units.
Of which, the provincial-level agency block has a total of 168 facilities. Through the assessment of the actual situation and the needs for use after the arrangement, 159 facilities will continue to be used, the remaining 9 facilities are identified as surplus, waiting for transfer or handling according to regulations.
For the district level, the total number of houses and land facilities is 4,354. Of which, 3,965 facilities will continue to serve professional activities, while the remaining 389 facilities are expected to be handed over or put under handling according to the instructions of the authorities.
In parallel with reviewing existing headquarters, the province also inspects and re-evaluates headquarters projects that are underway or have been approved for investment.
The results show that there are currently 8 provincial-level projects affected by the arrangement of administrative units, while there are 7 similar projects at the district level.
Many of these projects are under construction but have to be temporarily suspended pending adjustment according to the new organizational plan.
