Previously, in less than a month, there were 2 landslides in Lao Cai province, killing 3 people and injuring 3 others.
Both of the heartbreaking incidents occurred late at night, located in a high slope area, at risk of landslides.
Local authorities have warned and mobilized relocation, but due to subjective weather, families have returned to their homes to live, leading to tragic consequences.
