Regarding housing, 7,068 houses were collapsed, buried, or completely washed away, 7,068 houses were damaged. In mountainous communes of Nghe An such as Nhon Mai, Tuong Duong... many houses were deeply flooded, their assets were damaged and buried, making people's lives difficult.

Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has issued a decision on allocating 5 billion VND from the province's relief fund to support people in Nghe An province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (Wipha).
The support amount was transferred directly to the account of Nghe An Provincial Relief Committee, at BIDV Bank - Nghe An Branch, to support people in flood-affected areas to stabilize their lives and production.
At the same time, the Lao Cai Provincial Working Group visited, encouraged and presented support at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An Province.

This is a practical activity demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, "mutual love and support", "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves" of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Lao Cai province for people in disaster-affected areas of Nghe An province.
