The Department of Construction of Lao Cai province has just decided to administratively sanction CGC Construction Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company.
This enterprise is headquartered in Ha Dong ward, Hanoi, with Mr. Cao Duy Khanh as General Director and legal representative.
According to the Department of Construction, the company has determined that the land and rock allocation are not in accordance with the results of the geological survey.
This behavior violates the provisions of Point d, Clause 2, Article 30 of Decree 16/2022/ND-CP of the Government on administrative sanctions in the construction sector.
The company was fined VND 40 million and had to pay the fine to the State Treasury of Region IX and send a receipt to the Department of Construction for monitoring according to regulations.
In case the company fails to comply within the deadline, the competent authority will carry out enforcement; for each late payment date, an additional 0.05% will be calculated on the total amount of unpaid fines.
