On July 15, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee held a press conference to inform about the first Commune Party Congress of the province after merging Yen Bai and Lao Cai provinces into Lao Cai province.
At the press conference, Mr. Le Minh Duc - Secretary of the Yen Binh Commune Party Committee informed about the contents related to the preparation for the Congress, the organization plan, the propaganda plan... as well as contents related to press agencies in the area.
According to the Secretary of the Yen Binh Commune Party Committee, the Yen Binh Commune Party Committee Congress will be held for 2 days from 20-21.7, at the Hall of the Yen Binh Culture and Communication Center.
The Congress will be held in the form of a paperless Congress (Digital Congress), and connected online to the connecting points of 99 communes and wards of Lao Cai province.
Within the framework of the Congress, the locality organized cultural activities, exhibitions of Lao Cai and local people's land and people's photos, and displayed local OCOP product booths.
Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Duong Duc Huy - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee emphasized that Yen Binh is a locality with great potential for economic, industrial and tourism development.
This is also the locality chosen by the province to build to become a regional economic center in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to create a breakthrough in the approach to developing the industry and tourism, creating new growth momentum, making Yen Binh a developed commune of the province in the future.
The province has paid special attention to organizing the Commune-level Party Congress in Yen Binh commune, creating a premise for organizing the grassroots Party Congresses of 99 communes and wards in the coming time.
The Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee informed about the issues of planning for construction of growth poles in the re-planning of industrial parks and industrial clusters in a modern and synchronous direction, creating a breakthrough in development towards clean industry.
