At about 5:30 p.m. on October 28, on National Highway 28B, through Doc Da village (Phan Son commune, Lam Dong province), landslides continued to occur, causing traffic disruption.
Due to prolonged heavy rain, soil and rocks from the positive slope overflowed into the construction area, making it impossible for vehicles to travel through this location.
Immediately after the incident, the People's Committee of Phan Son commune mobilized police and military forces to coordinate with the construction unit to urgently overcome the situation.
At around 6pm, the road was basically cleared, vehicles could circulate again under the regulation of the authorities.

According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the coming days, this area will continue to have widespread heavy rain, and the risk of landslides is still high.
Drivers of vehicles traveling through passes in Lam Dong need to be vigilant to ensure safety.
Previously, on the afternoon of October 27, heavy rain caused a landslide at km45, in Phan Son commune, near the top of Dai Ninh Pass. The landslide lasted for tens of meters, with rocks and soil burying both sides of the road, fortunately there were no casualties.
Hundreds of vehicles were jammed for many hours, waiting for Project Management Board No. 5 (Vietnam Road Administration) to mobilize machinery to fix it.
