396 billion VND to build a road connecting Thuy Van Industrial Park
The project of the road from Thuy Van Industrial Park to the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang Street, Viet Tri City was approved from the end of 2024 according to Decision No. 4089 of the City People's Committee.
This project is invested by the Viet Tri City Infrastructure Construction Project Management Board. The total investment of the project is nearly 396 billion VND, of which the construction package alone has an estimated price of nearly 340 billion VND.

At the end of May 2025, the above construction package has completed the contractor selection, with the winning bid price of nearly 335 billion VND. Currently, the consortium of 3 construction units has begun implementing the package.
The project is a route with a total length of more than 4.5 km, passing through the communes of Thuy Van, Thanh Dinh and Chu Hoa of Viet Tri city.

According to the project documents, the route starts at the intersection with Truong Chinh Street, Thuy Van Industrial Park and ends at the intersection with Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang Street.
100 billion VND to build an extended inter-regional road
The Inter-regional Road project connecting Ho Chi Minh Road with National Highway 70B, National Highway 32C from Phu Tho province to Yen Bai province - with a total adjusted investment of VND 2,120 billion, the project investor is the Department of Construction of Phu Tho province (formerly the Department of Transport).
In mid-May 2025, Package No. 60: Construction of the project's extended road has completed the selection of contractors. This construction package has an estimated price of 100 billion VND, the winning bid price is nearly 97.6 billion VND, the implementation period is 240 days.

As for the project in Viet Tri city, after the results of contractor selection, the construction unit is starting to implement the package, the project is built as a road with a total length of more than 3.7 km, designed according to the scale of a grade III plain road, with a design speed of 80 km/h.
According to the design, the starting point of the route continues with the main inter-regional road, at Km0 intersecting with National Highway 32 (Km81+380), the end point intersecting with National Highway 32 (at Km76+150), near Tam Nong District Medical Center, only about 400 m from Phong Chau bridge.

692 billion VND to build a road connecting 2 key expressways
The Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway Connection Investment Project with Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway was approved by the Ministry of Transport (now the Ministry of Construction) in Decision No. 699/QD-BGTVT dated June 4, 2024.
The total investment of the project is more than 692 billion VND, the investor is the Department of Construction of Phu Tho province (formerly the Department of Transport). This project has a construction package value of nearly 468 billion VND, starting from mid-February 2025.

According to records, adjacent to the Ho Chi Minh road section passing through Ha Loc commune, Phu Ho commune of Phu Tho town, the construction contractor mobilized many equipment, vehicles, and raw materials to construct this project.
At the construction site, engineers and workers are focusing on tasks such as: excavation, packing bamboo stakes, underpasses, precast components...
According to the design, the project will build a main road connecting the two expressways with a total length of over 2.73 km, including 4 lanes, with the design of the A1 elevated road surface made of asphalt concrete.

Along with that, the project will build a system of service roads and return roads to connect the local traffic system and bridges, underpasses on a number of level crossings, intersections at other intersection levels...
According to the report of the Phu Tho Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (project management unit), the construction work has so far reached a value of about VND 27,102/467.731 billion.
Regarding disbursement, the project has so far disbursed 137.376/692.565 billion VND (19.84%), of which: Consulting cost 11.33 billion VND; construction cost 126 billion VND; other costs; 0.046 billion VND.
