Recorded quickly on the morning of September 30, the central streets of Cao Bang province, located near the Bang River such as Pho Cu, Hien Giang Street - Cau Ngam area is 2, the area behind Xanh Market, Kim Dong Street... the river water has risen to the road surface.


Floods have caused residential areas in Hop Giang 1, 2, 3 residential groups and Song Hien 12 residential groups of Thuc Phan ward to be submerged in water.
A similar situation occurred in the area of Bao Lac and Hoa An communes. Speaking to reporters, representatives of local Party Committees said that on the night of September 29, both local people and officials spent a night sleeping up all night moving their assets to higher ground as well as monitoring the flood situation.
"The faster the water rises at night, partly due to rain, partly because of the flood discharge from Binh Long hydropower plant, the more the people lose their crops like this" - the leader of the Hoa An Commune Party Committee shared.
Accordingly, the area of Na Tang hamlet, hamlet 6, Ma Quan hamlet of Hoa An commune is flooded very deeply.



Also last night, the water level at the Neo River, the Gam River flowing through Bao Lac Commune, rose near the edge of the traffic road. People shared that the flood level this time has risen as high as Typhoon Yagi last year.
That same night, the Military Commands of communes and wards mobilized machinery and vehicles to clear the flooded areas, and were present at all flooded areas to support people, bringing people in dangerous areas to safety. together with the people to evacuate assets.
