Quang Ninh Fire Prevention and Rescue Police promptly rescued fishermen drifting at sea

    Quang Ninh - On the afternoon of September 28, amidst the strong waves and strong winds caused by storm No. 10, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force promptly rescued a fisherman drifting at sea.

    The person in distress was Mr. Hoang Thanh Ha (born in 1993, residing in Uong Bi ward, Quang Ninh province), working in aquaculture.

    While controlling the ship to shore to avoid storm No. 10, due to strong waves and strong winds, Mr. Ha's vehicle broke the steering wheel, lost control and drifted freely at sea.

    While patrolling, officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department discovered the incident and immediately deployed rescue boats to approach.

    After more than 10 minutes of fighting with big waves, the rescue team brought Mr. Ha and the vehicle to safety. Mr. Ha's health is currently stable.
