On the afternoon of August 24, Hanoi City Police informed that with the task of absolutely protecting the security and safety of the parade and parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, officers and soldiers of the Special Police Team have been implementing tight plans, identifying this not only as a responsibility but also a great honor and pride.
To ensure security and order for the country's important events, Hanoi City Police have developed detailed protection plans, assigning specific tasks to each unit.
The Special Police Team is assigned to guard at key locations, handle complex situations, and contribute to creating strong security belts.
Lieutenant Colonel Doan The Phong, Deputy Captain of the Special Police Team, said that, in order to carry out the assigned tasks, the unit has made a detailed plan to arrange forces, vehicles, weapons and support tools at key checkpoints in accordance with the plan and assigned locations.
"We have determined that 100% of officers and soldiers are on duty, with the highest determination to protect the absolute safety of this important political event of the country. Each officer and soldier is deeply aware of the honor and responsibility, determined to contribute their efforts to excellently complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Ceremony", said Lieutenant Colonel Doan The Phong.
Also on August 24, at the Hanoi City Command Center, Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung, Director of Hanoi City Police Department, directly chaired and directed the work of ensuring security and order, traffic flow and protecting key areas to serve the second general training event - the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
Also participating were comrades in the Board of Directors, commanders of professional departments, commanders of sub-areas, directly monitoring and operating through the surveillance camera system of Hanoi City Police Department, and at the same time deploying plans to maintain stability, order and absolute safety for people and areas where the event took place.
The Capital Police force has proactively stayed close to the area, promptly supported and guided people, and closely coordinated between routes and ends to ensure smooth traffic, absolute security and safety, contributing to creating an important premise for the success of the upcoming 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
