However, when arriving, no one came out to pick her up, while the woman booked the car and locked contact.
Realizing signs of abnormality, the driver checked the baby's luggage and discovered a copy of the original "Ex shot recorded in the birth certificate" issued by the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan on September 7, 2023. According to this document, the baby's name is L.T.S, born on August 30, 2021 in Kanagawa (Japan), Kinh ethnic group.
The birth certificate clearly states: mother is P.T.H.Q (born in 1993), father is T.T.H (born in 1960), both Vietnamese nationality, residing in Kanagawa-ken, Hiratsuka-shi, Yokouchi (Japan). The child's hometown was identified as Hai Chau, Da Nang.
Immediately afterwards, the driver took the baby to Nha Trang Ward Police to report.
The police agency coordinated with the Nha Trang Ward Cultural - Social Affairs Department to make a record, temporarily hand over the baby to the Khanh Hoa Social Protection and Social Work Center for receipt and care while the authorities verified and searched for relatives.
After receiving the baby, the Center coordinated with relevant agencies to urgently verify and contact the baby's relatives. Thanks to the efforts of the authorities, the mother proactively submitted herself to resolve the incident.
