On March 26, the Provincial People's Committee just issued a document conveying the opinion of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requesting departments, agencies, branches, localities, and related units, according to their functions and tasks, to urgently review and implement the directions and conclusions of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc.
Previously, on March 11, the Provincial Party Committee Office announced the conclusion of Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc at a working session with Vietnam Rubber Industry Group on Long Duc 3 Industrial Park, Bau Can - Tan Hiep (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan projects.
Accordingly, regarding connecting transport infrastructure projects, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc assigned the People's Committees of Phuoc Thai, Long Phuoc communes and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to urgently accelerate compensation, support, and resettlement work; assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently deploy investment in the construction of DT. 770B road. In which, priority is given to the implementation of the section from National Highway 51 passing through Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park, about 7.7 km long (including the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway overpass); establish a road schedule, ensuring the completion and technical opening of this section of the route no later than June 2027.
Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes) with an area of 1,000 ha.
The DT. 770B road, more than 42km long, is invested and built to connect the eastern and northeastern districts of Dong Nai province with Long Thanh airport and Xuan Que - Song Nhan industrial parks, Bau Can - Tan Hiep industrial park, connecting the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, National Highway 51 and Cai Mep - Thi Vai seaport area (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, now Ho Chi Minh City).
