On March 1st, according to information from the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the 25C Road Construction Project (from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19) has only been handed over about 35% of the land area, the project implementation value has only reached about 0.5% of the signed contract value.
The 25C road construction project (from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19) connecting Long Thanh airport passing through Phuoc An and Long Phuoc communes of Dong Nai province has a length of 2.65 km, with a total investment of more than 647 billion VND.
The project has its starting point adjacent to Huong Lo 19 road (Phuoc An commune) and its ending point adjacent to National Highway 51 (at Km26+800, Long Phuoc commune).
Previously, on February 27, leaders of Dong Nai province inspected the reality and worked with relevant units on compensation and site clearance for the 25C Road Construction Project (from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19) and the Provincial Road 25B Upgrade Construction Project (section from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51).
According to Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut, roads 25B and 25C are very important projects serving the connection of Long Thanh airport, but compensation and site clearance work is behind schedule.
To create changes and complete this work in March 2026, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut requested communes with roads passing through to strengthen people's mobilization, create consensus, and hand over land for project construction, to be completed in June 2026.
To serve traffic connection with Long Thanh airport in Dong Nai province, 8 road construction investment projects are being implemented. Among them, 4 projects have started construction work, including: Component Project 1 - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project; Component Project 3 - Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project; Road 25B upgrade project (section from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51) and Road 25C Construction Project (section from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19).
The remaining projects include: upgrading and expanding provincial roads 769, 773 and investing in the construction of provincial roads 770B, 769E are in the process of implementing investment procedures.
The project to upgrade road 25B from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51 is more than 9km long, with a total investment of 1,493 billion VND.
