HÀ ANH CHIẾN |

Dong Nai - The project to open road 25C from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19 connecting Long Thanh airport through Phuoc An and Long Phuoc communes is 2.65 km long.

The 25C road construction project from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19 (phase 1) has a total investment of more than 647 billion VND.

The project has a length of 2.65 km, with the starting point adjacent to Huong Lo 19 road (Phuoc An commune) and the ending point adjacent to National Highway 51 (at Km26+800, Long Phuoc commune) and has a contract completion time in February 2026.

Regarding the progress of compensation for site clearance, for the section Phuoc An commune is implementing construction with an area of 5.98 ha with a total of 139 households. In addition, also in Phuoc An commune, there is a 500 m section with a recovered area of about 4.97 ha with a total of 35 households. In Long Phuoc commune, there is a recovered area of 16.65 ha with 104 cases (including traffic land, rivers, streams, household land).

According to the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on completing the technical opening of the project before March 2026, the Board directed the contractor to accelerate construction. However, the newly handed over site has only reached about 2,000 m2/270,000 m2 (reaching 0.74%).

Therefore, the contractor can only construct precast component items..., making it difficult to complete technical traffic opening before March 2026.

To serve traffic connection with Long Thanh airport in Dong Nai province, 8 road construction investment projects have been implemented. Among them, 4 projects have been implemented, including: Component Project 1 - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project; Component Project 3 - Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project; Provincial Road 25B upgrade project (section from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51) and Provincial Road 25C opening project section from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19.

The remaining projects include: upgrading and expanding provincial roads 769, 773 and investing in the construction of provincial roads 770B, 769E are in the process of implementing investment procedures.

Mr. Vo Tan Duc - Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee proposed to accelerate the progress of projects, complete construction and put them into operation in June 2026, meeting the goal of connecting and serving the operation of Long Thanh Airport when put into commercial operation.
