On the morning of November 25, Mr. Vu Hong Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee chaired a conference to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to transfer Mr. Be Dang Khoa - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions - to work at the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Introduce Mr. Khoa to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; at the same time, introduce him to be elected to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023 - 2028 term.
The Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee also decided to transfer Ha Ngoc Tu - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Ha Lang Commune Party Committee - to work at the Provincial Inspectorate and appoint him to the position of Chief Inspector of the province.
Ms. Trieu Thanh Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union was transferred to the Ha Lang Commune Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Lang Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Mr. Le Trung Hieu - Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council was transferred to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, introduced to be elected to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, term IX, 2023 - 2028.
Also at the conference, representatives of the Provincial People's Committee also announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Inspector of the province - was transferred to the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and appointed to the position of Director of the Department.
Mr. Hoang Duc Tho - Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board was appointed as Director of the Board.
Ms. Ha Thu Trang - Head of the General Department, Provincial People's Committee Office - was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
Speaking at the assignment, Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Quang expressed his confidence that the comrades transferred and appointed in the new positions will continue to promote practical experience, practice moral qualities, enhance political will, and be absolutely loyal to the revolutionary cause of the Party.
The Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee also requested units and localities with mobilized and rotated cadres to promptly organize the handover of tasks, arrange work reasonably, and create favorable conditions for new cadres to access work, ensuring progress and quality according to plan.
