On November 8, according to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the central axis road of Bien Hoa City (now Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province) is taking shape, the construction unit is paving asphalt, constructing sidewalks, median strips, planting trees, etc.

According to information from the Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board, to date, the total construction volume of the project has reached more than 65%.
In particular, branch 1 of the project starts from Vo Thi Sau Street, extended for more than 3.7km to the end of the route at the An Hao Bridge and Dang Van Tron Street intersection, which is being focused on and the sections with completed roadbeds are being paved with asphalt.

Branch 2 of the project is more than 1.7km long, from the roundabout intersecting with branch 1 at Hiep Hoa Islet to the end of the route at the intersection at the beginning of Buu Hoa Bridge with Dang Van Tron Street, the progress is slower as the new site has been handed over.
According to the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward, the site clearance work has been basically completed (reaching nearly 98%) and clean land has been handed over to contractors to implement the project.
Mr. Ho Van Nam - Secretary of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee - on November 5 inspected the project progress and requested the investor, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, to focus on urging contractors to construct the entire project with the goal of striving to open the technical traffic for this road project in December 2025, to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party and welcome the new year 2026.
The Tran Bien Ward Central Axis Road Project is one of the locality's key infrastructure projects. To implement the project, it is necessary to reclaim more than 33 hectares of land with 390 cases of households, individuals and organizations affected by land recovery.
The project has a total length of more than 5.4 km, divided into 2 branches.
The project started in 2022, with a total investment of more than 1,500 billion VND.
