    Hanoi - A man was found dead on Dinh Nup Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi.

    On the afternoon of September 30, while many streets in Hanoi were heavily flooded due to the impact of storm Bualoi, people in Yen Hoa ward discovered the body of a person dead in water.

    Dinh Nup Street is the section from the intersection of Nguyen Chanh Street at land lots A5 and A7 to the intersection of Tu Mo Street, at the point opposite CT4 Vimeco apartment building. This is a street 1,000m long, 20.5m wide (10.5m roadway; 5m sidewalk on each side).
