Previously, at around 10:00 a.m. on July 2, Ms. N.T.Th (born in 1985, residing in the old Hai Duong province - now Hai Phong city) went to Meliza High-Tech Aesthetic Training Center (address 482 Nguyen Van Linh, Le Thanh Nghi ward) to perform the treatment stages.

After performing the procedures, Ms. Th. fainted. After that, the owner and staff of MELIZA High-Tech Aesthetic Training Center took her to Hai Duong General Hospital for emergency treatment. However, due to Ms. Th.'s poor health, the family took her to Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi City) for emergency treatment.
At Bach Mai Hospital, Ms. Th. was actively treated by doctors with artificial circulatory and respiratory support using heart and lung replacement (ECMO) but there has been no positive change.
