Skilled workers are still scarce
Military forces still maintained stable mobilization of 779 people (including officers and soldiers) to support construction at school sites.

Common equipment including tables, chairs, beds, cabinets, office equipment, dining halls, dormitories has been gathered at the warehouse in Pleiku ward, ready for installation when schools meet the conditions for facilities. Electronic equipment provided by contractors is also being ordered, gathered and transported to schools.
According to the assessment of the Gia Lai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the construction progress at school sites, although improved after strengthening the military support force, is still slow compared to the plan due to the large volume of completed work and many items being implemented simultaneously.

The rainy season weather in Gia Lai is entering its peak, causing obstacles for outdoor items such as yards, internal roads, drainage systems and underground cables. Skilled human resources in the fields of painting and tiling are still lacking at many schools.
Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc - Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee - requested units and contractors to focus on overcoming difficulties, accelerating the progress of implementing items, ensuring completion on schedule.
Contractors need to improve their sense of responsibility, regularly stick to the construction site, increase manpower, machinery, equipment and organize overtime and shift work to accelerate the implementation progress.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested that bidding and procurement of equipment must ensure publicity, transparency, and compliance with legal regulations. Regarding enrollment, localities need to base on the actual facilities of each school to develop appropriate plans, ensuring balanced student scale, and preventing overload.
In Quang Ngai, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tam - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - requested to complete 4 schools in phase 1 no later than August 20, 2026 to be put into service in the new school year.
The West Quang Ngai Project Management Board needs to urge and direct contractors to focus maximum manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment; organize continuous construction according to the motto "3 shifts, 4 teams"; proactively plan to compensate for progress on a daily and weekly basis.
The province requests the investor to be determined to complete the projects according to the committed schedule, ready to be inaugurated simultaneously and put into use right at the beginning of the new school year 2026-2027 (September 5, 2026).
According to reported data, by July 2026, Ro Koi school point had a disbursed value of 63%; Duc Nong school point reached 54.6%; Sa Loong school point reached 42.4%; Mo Rai school point reached 34.5%.
